We tried this as espresso this morning and... sheesh! So good. Nice acidity up front with enough body to hold steady in a cappuccino or even a latte. Pleasantly surprised with how much fruit was in the cup. Honestly you can use this for pretty much every application: espresso, cold brew, or pourover.
